1. Who is responsible?

Webcircle is the data controller for personal information processed through webcircle.no.

Contact: post@webcircle.no
Phone: +47 905 77 459
Location: Drammen, Norway

2. Information we may process

When you use the contact form or contact us directly, we may receive:

  • your name
  • your email address and phone number
  • information about your business or project
  • the content of your message

The website and its security services may also process technical information such as your IP address, browser type, device information and the time of your visit.

3. Why we use this information

We use this information to respond to enquiries, follow up potential assignments, provide agreed services, prevent misuse and keep the website secure and stable.

Depending on the circumstances, processing is based on steps taken before entering into a contract, performance of a contract, legal obligations, or Webcircle’s legitimate interest in responding to enquiries and protecting the website.

4. Contact form and service providers

The contact form uses Contact Form 7 in WordPress. Cloudflare Turnstile helps distinguish genuine visitors from automated misuse. Turnstile processes technical security signals but is not intended to read the content you enter in the form.

Technical providers, including hosting, email, security and website-management providers, may process information on our behalf when required to provide their services. We do not sell personal information.

5. Retention and deletion

Information is stored only for as long as necessary for the purpose for which it was collected, or for as long as Webcircle is legally required to retain it. Enquiries that do not lead to a client relationship are deleted when they are no longer needed for follow-up.

6. Cookies and similar technologies

The website may use strictly necessary cookies or similar technologies for essential functions, security, form protection and WordPress administration. Cloudflare Turnstile may process or store technical security signals depending on its configuration.

If Webcircle later introduces analytics, preference or marketing tools that require consent, they will not be activated until you have made a choice. This page and any consent system will then be updated.

How to manage cookies

You can delete or block cookies in your browser settings. Blocking strictly necessary functions may prevent parts of the website, including the contact form or security checks, from working as expected.

7. Your rights

Depending on the circumstances, you may request access, correction, deletion, restriction or data portability, and you may object to certain processing. Contact post@webcircle.no if you wish to exercise your rights.

You may also submit a complaint to the Norwegian Data Protection Authority.

8. Changes

This statement will be updated if our services, providers or processing of personal information changes. The date above shows when the text was last updated.
